Our unique No Quibble Guarantee means that if you (or the recipient of your gift) is not happy with our product for any reason, we offer a refund if the item is returned back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of you receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item should be returned back to us in its original unused condition and with its original packing. Items not returned within the 14 day period or items returned in damaged / used condition will not be eligible for any refund.

Please return the goods with details of your order number, unfortunately we do not provide a free returns service, you will need to ensure that you get proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned goods – if lost in the post.

Refund on items received within the 14 day period, in original unused condition will be given a full refund. Any refund will be shown on your account within a maximum of 10 working days.
